Terms of Sales
The reservation of the rooms is subject to the payment of the entire service, subject to availability on the dates
requested.
Article 1: object
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our
hosts. The owner undertakes to personally ensure the reception of holidaymakers with all the desirable attentions
to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.
Article 2 - Duration of stay
The client signatory to this contract concluded for a fixed term may not under any circumstances avail himself of a
any right to stay in the premises.
Article 3 - Reservation and Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent the owner the total amount of the price of the stay and a
copy of the contract or estimate signed before the date indicated on the reservation contract. The second copy of the contract
is to be retained by the customer. Prices are inclusive of all charges.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email addressed to the owner. The customer will pay the percentage below:
- from 30 days and more 10%
- between 21d and 30d 40%
- between 8d and 20d 60%
- Between 2d and 7d 75%
- Less than 2 days before 100%
La maison du Figuier will return the sums at the end of the month of the planned service.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the client by registered letter with notice of
receipt or email.
The customer, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the
sums paid.
Article 6 - Arrival
The customer must arrive on the specified day between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. In case of early, late or delayed arrival (early check-in or last check-out),
the client must notify the owner. Additional charges may apply.
Article 7 - Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. A margin of 1/4 hour before or after this time slot is accepted, on
customer request.
Article 8 - Payment of other benefits
Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the contract or estimate will be payable at the end of the
stay at the owner. Regarding the rental of the cot, and having only one bed, a reservation is necessary.
Article 9 - Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury. She
is added to the cost of services.
Article 10 - Use of the premises - see the Internal Regulations
The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination. No meal can
be taken to the rooms. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must declare any damage which he may
to be responsible and to assume the repairs.
The whole house is a non-smoking area.
Article 11 - Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is
able to refuse additional customers.
This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner,
so that in case of departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.
Article 12 - Animals
Our animal friends are not allowed in our establishment. In case of departure of a customer motivated by the refusal of his animal, no refund can
be considered.
Article 13 - Internal Regulations
The customer accepts and undertakes to respect said regulations.In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of the provisions of the Regulations
Interior, the establishment will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and or without any
refund if payment has already been made.
